Milestones
I am so proud of my little landon. the other day he brought me this piece of paper with my name on it that he wrote all by himself. I thought it was so dang cute and I was so proud of him I told him I'd keep it forever and ever. He is getting so big now writing his own name and working on writing Dad. he can spell his whole name but stumbles up a little when we get to Castle. , I also learned that he knows the pledge of allegiance when one night in prayer he said, "and to the republic for which it stands." He is so rambuncious, loves tools, sports, trucks and anything and everything BOYISH! We LOVE being a boy family! He has been practicing football all week in prep for our Thanksgiving family football game.
Colter the last couple of weeks has become our little artist. He will find any scrap of paper he can and take a pen and draw. It is so cute, he lays down on his tummy on our kitchen floor and will just be in his own little world. His record is a straight 40 mins of drawing, that's an incredible attention span compared to my older son! Colter this week has also spouted out a few more words, ma ma and da da are regulars now, mooooo whenever he sees a picture of a cow. Ut oh and owie have been around for a while but his newest one is "banana" in the grocery store today he saw the bananas and went crazy, "nana nana nana." Also this week he blurted out a very strong,"NO" to me which is a first, most of the time I just get a head shake. He is growing up so fast.

pretty darn cute. i love the pledge of allegiance in the prayer, too funny
I noticed yesterday when Colter was drawing that he holds his pencil like a normal human being and not like a 2 year old! He's very advanced!
Jill, that is a great picture of you and Landon.
